Rezerwa Federalna zamierza wydać do 300 mld USD na zakup długoterminowych obligacji rządowych i dodatkowe 750 mld USD na papiery wartościowe zabezpieczone hipotekami, które gwarantowały m.in. upadłe Fannie Mae i Freddie Mac.
